- Technical Issues from Our Side: If there are technical difficulties on our end that prevent the consultation from taking place, you will be eligible for a refund.

- Technical Issues on Patient’s Side: If there are technical difficulties on the patient's end (e.g., internet connection issues) that prevent the consultation from taking place, and attempts to switch from video to audio were still unsuccessful, the service will not be refundable.
- Taxes: Any applicable taxes are non-refundable.
